Our Mission

Most cities rely on long, complex food supply chains that are vulnerable to disruptions from climate change, economic instability, and global crises. With limited local food production, urban areas face increased risks of shortages, price spikes, and reduced food security.

TURF tackles this challenge by repurposing underused parking garages, transforming them into hubs for fresh food, sustainability, and community engagement – using a combination of hydroponics, aquaponics and biochar production. Together we enhance local food resilience, reduce waste, and promote circular economy solutions.
